How much is shipping?

It is our goal to deliver your order to you in the quickest and most cost-effective manner possible. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered shipping options and pricing.

Do you ship outside the US?

We currently only ship to the US.

How do I know if my order has shipped and how do I track it?

Generally, an email with a shipping confirmation is sent to our customers. If you don't receive an email from us, you can contact our customer service department at support@yaynuts.com. Please allow for 24-48 hours processing time during regular business hours.

What are my shipping options?

United States:

  • Orders $50 and above: FREE SHIPPING
  • Orders below $50: $8.99 flat rate shipping

Processing Time:

  • Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, but some orders may take up to 8 business days to process.
  • Flat rate shipping is the default option and may take up to 10 business days after shipment to reach the west coast. For an exact delivery date, please contact us at support@yaynuts.com if you need your product sooner.

Shipping Carriers:

Orders are shipped using one of three common carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If you have a preference, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Am I eligible for free shipping?

US: We offer free shipping on all orders $50 and above.
