How should I store my nuts?

Store your nuts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain their freshness and flavor.

Are Yay Nuts available in stores?

Unfortunately, not yet! But you can help us grow. Spread the word about our brand through videos and social sharing to help us get onto store shelves.

How does the variety pack work?

Experience all our flavors with the variety pack. We'll send you one bag of each flavor available, so you can find your favorite!

I'm an influencer and want to work with Yay Nuts! How can I join?

shipping & delivery

How quickly do orders ship?

Orders placed before 1 PM EST usually ship the same day. Orders placed after this time ship the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use a mix of USPS Ground Advantage. You will see the available options at checkout.
 

Can I change my shipping address after an order has shipped?

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped (you'll receive an email with tracking info), we cannot change the shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details.

Does Yay Nuts ship internationally?

Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we plan to expand our reach. Stay connected for updates!

Are your products kosher certified?

Yes, all our products are kosher certified. You can request our kosher certificates by emailing us at support@yaynuts.com.

Nutritional information is available on each product page. Just scroll down on any flavor's page to find detailed nutrition facts.

Manufactured and packed in the same facility as peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy and milk.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a return or exchange. Note that returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Yes, subscribe and save! Choose your favorite nuts to be delivered on a regular schedule, directly to your door, and at a discounted rate. Visit our subscription page for more details.
