Orders placed before 1 PM EST usually ship the same day. Orders placed after this time ship the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped (you'll receive an email with tracking info), we cannot change the shipping address. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping details.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but we plan to expand our reach. Stay connected for updates!

Email support@yaynuts.com within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or shows delivered but you never received it, contact us the same way and we'll file a carrier claim and reship.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days for a return or exchange. Note that returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
